转眼间日月已走过三十周年，2018年是一个充满挑战，机遇与压力一年。面对2019年的发展，使我深刻认识：
1. 作为公司规章制度传输者，必须以身作则，在遵守公司规定的同时，全力监督制度实施。
2. 增强责任感，增强团队意识。积极主动地把工作做到点上，落实到实处。
3. 做好员工的激励工作，增强企业凝聚力。
4. 管控好生产的每一个细节，提高产品质量，降低产品生产成本，提高产品的竞争力。
