跨入第31年的日月，已经逐渐成熟，形成了国内民营企业的雏形，随着国内经济形势的变化，使许多民营企业相继倒闭。在新时代，日月必将面临中国最为复杂的一个新的经济形势，如何做好经济体系是一个民营企业首当其中的重要任务。孟子有云：生于忧患，而死于安乐，论厂内外忧患，重要在于化解与调整，以及一系列的改革方案。如何实行更好的改革，在于员工和领导的一起努力。一个厂的根本掌握在员工手里，因为员工的劳动力资源，具有更高的价值，所以领导在争取员工福利时也要顾虑到每个员工的价值。领导员工齐上阵，日月才能跨出新高度。
