日月31周年，我也是一步一步走过来，每个阶段感触是不一样的。这里我的感想是:座谈会不仅需要忠诚的老人，更需要一些愿意上进的新人。新的时代新的想法，不能用一味不变的观念去看待一切。因为事物都是在不断进步的。所有事物都是分阶段的，很多员工喜欢说我要干好本职工作，努力工作，绝对不给大家拖后腿。其实凡是有这些想法的人，基本上也就没有什么前进动力甚至处于被淘汰的边缘了。因为现在社会发展太快了，技能发展太快了。不学习，不创新，不接受新事物，只靠嘴上说我要好好干，就能干好了?到最后企业真发不下来工资的时候，大家只能选择离开，不欢而散。现在无人科技，无人超市，无人售票，已经取代了大部分人力，难道说这些被淘汰的人是因为不好好干?所以我们要更多的学习新技能，接受新事物，不断学习才行，才能发展壮大。
