今天是日月成立三十一周年的好日子，我也在日月的呵护下不断的成长，当初我从一个线切割的操作工一步步在日月的培养下，走到二厂的管理岗位，这是日月对我的信任，也是对我工作的肯定。伴随着这份肯定也使我感受到了压力，同时也让我更深入的了解到企业的不断发展所遇到的艰辛。
在近一年的工作中，我深刻的认识到自己的不足：
1. 遇事考虑问题不够全面，不够细致，虽然努力做了一些工作，但距离领导对我的期望和要求还有一些距离。
2. 长时间的繁忙工作时容易松懈，持久的紧迫感稍有不足。
3. 对突发事件的应变能力需要提高。
这些问题我也决心在以后的工作中加以改进和解决，使自己更好地做好本职工作，并认识到我是问题的根源，要勇于承担，不依赖他人，不退缩，不逃避，在今后的工作中做到更加自信。
