4.Shape structure and function is introduced

Front panel LED: there are two colors red and green, red represents pressure collection status and sleep to wake up, the green LED on behalf of built chain for NB - IOT network state

Front panel reset: by magnet, right in front of the shell cover, the magnet to reset up the arrow and remove the magnet stability for 3 to 5 seconds, LED red light flashes three times, liquid crystal display 8888 synchronous flash three times, also on behalf of the instrument reset successfully, the main purpose of the reset it is changed into the instrument internal parameters, or refresh the pressure value, and build up a network link to refresh.

Instrument to open the back cover, back cover internal batteries, button, switch, USB debug port, function is introduced as follows:

Rear panel K1: because there are a long cycle, instrument reporting period in the process of debugging, can press K1 key, meter initiative to establish a network link, a group to report the current pressure data. If K1 is mainly used for debugging network normal use.

Rear panel K2: as the instrument to cycle is long cycle, see some application field need to implement the pressure of every number, in the process of debugging, can press K2 keys, instrument active continuous acquisition current pressure 300 seconds, LCD real-time refresh, this function is only site acquisition does not upload. K2 is mainly used for the pressure adjustment.

Rear panel switch: switch points 3, three gear switch, intermediate gear closed, and is open.

Rear panel USB: USB + debug software, can easily enter the IP address, network number, such as debugging parameter, see debugging software manual.

Rear panel battery replacement: first, will the power switch is closed, will be around two M3 knurled screw, wrung out by hand, then take out K1 and K2 circuit board cover vertical black plug disconnect battery SM, replace the new battery, reinsert the SM plug, then insert K1 and K2 circuit board on the needle gently vertically inserted, the last two M3 knurled screw manually turned it on, turn on the switch, the whole process of operation, the need to pay attention to, K1 and K2 circuit board gently pull plug. On-site installation instructions
5.1. All transmitter through digital calibration, the different between the transmitter has the complete consistency and interchangeability;

5.2. In transit, all of the transmitter battery is in the off state, pressure transmitter installation on site, need to unscrew header back cover, open the battery switch, attention should be paid to tighten sheath, prevent leaking;

5.3. Pipeline and often stop well installed wireless cellular network integration of temperature and pressure transmitter, pressure transmitter will be ready to install on the pipe first valve type needle valve or gate valve closed, and then there are two installation method: (1) the pressure transmitter directly screwing in type needle valve port; (2) will live or port adapter type screwing in the needle valve, then transfer transmitter screwing in live or joint on port, this kind of installation method to increase the living or connector to adjust the direction. 5.4. The temperature sensor and pressure transducer cable with waterproof plug and socket connection is good, can be pressure, temperature testing. 5.5. 6. Matters needing attention
6.1. This product is the battery model used for ER34615M - 3.6 V38Ah; It is prohibited to use other model battery.
