Description
SM36WD angular displacement sensor is a high-performance wireless sensor product designed for the position feedback and angle detection of beam pumping wells. It integrates the technologies of communication such as micro power zigbee&wia-pa, inclination sensor and low-power single chip microcomputer. It is one of the important front-end acquisition equipment for the construction of the Internet of things for oil and gas production in digital oil fields. It can measure the beam inclination of the beam pumping unit periodically and synchronously with the sm34/35 series wireless load sensor on-line, and remotely transmit the power chart data representing the working conditions of the pumping unit through the local wireless data communication network. The high reliability design adapted to the industrial environment, as well as the characteristics of high precision, simple installation, convenient maintenance, environmental protection and durability, has won the recognition of users, and has been popularized and applied in Shengli, Daqing, North China, Changqing, Xinjiang, Qinghai and other major oilfields in China. 安装
1.Configure well name and well site configuration (establish local wireless data communication network with RTU).
2.The sensor shall be directly adsorbed and installed on the surface of the traveling beam directly above the bearing seat of the traveling beam by professionals according to the direction indicated by the "installation direction identification arrow". The "installation direction identification arrow" points to the "donkey head" and is parallel to the traveling beam.
