Instructions

1. when determining the sensor specification, it is recommended to select 80% of the rated load.

2. when designing the loading device, ensure that the action line of the loading force coincides with the force axis of the sensor, so as to avoid measurement error caused by the lateral force.

3. two wire output, regardless of positive and negative wiring. After the sensor is connected to the power supply for operation, it must be preheated. After the instrument is stable, it can start to work.

4. the sensor shell, protective screw cover and lead connector are sealed. Please do not open them at will.

5. the sensor shall be stored in a dry environment without corrosion. The operating environment shall not be close to higher non working heat source.


 

Install

SMA35GDDC-B type The load sensor is inserted between the rope hanger on the polished rod and the square clamp of the polished rodAnti falling bolt blocking

 

As shown in Figure 3, the installation steps are as follows:

1. stop the pumping unit about 30cm from the bottom dead center (wellhead), and pull on the brake.

2. fix the square clamp on the polished rod at the wellhead, release the brake, start the pumping unit until the rope hanger is unloaded (i.e. the square clamp on the polished rod is disconnected from the I-frame), stop immediately, and pull the brake again.

3. the pressure bearing head of the sensor (2 protruding cylinders) is downward, and the U port is inserted between the lower plate of the I-frame and the rope hanger.

4. centralize the sensor, rope hanger and I-frame. The upper and lower plates of the I-frame are parallel and are installed on the rope hanger

Be careful:

a. If the upper surface of the rope hanger is uneven, a cushion block can be added to ensure that the center line of the pressure bearing head of the sensor is orthogonal and vertical to the polished rod. b. Ensure that the sensing installation does not change the test structure of the I-frame (the test worker inserts the hydraulic sensor here and uses it with the dynamometer of the portable instrument).

5. release the brake, i.e. release the brake immediately, and control the rope hanger to rise slowly and load stably.

6. remove the fixed square clamp and polish the clamp mark on the rod.

7. installation of load cable: select high heat resistant, high cold resistant and folding resistant materials with outer diameter. The cable hoop shall be wound on the winding ring and tightly bound with the wiring harness

 

extraction

  • The cable at one end close to the sensor is about 40cm long, which is threaded into the waterproof connector and into the protective screw barrel (twisted down in advance), and the wire head is connected to the terminal of the sensor; Tighten the protective screw barrel on the sensor and the waterproof joint;
  • Pass the handle hook through the winding ring and hang it on the lifting lug;
  • The other end of the load cable is usually tied to the operating platform at the top of the pumping unit support. The length of the cable from the sensor to the operating platform should be appropriate. Generally, the lowest point of the cable hanging at the dead center of the oil well should be slightly lower than the sensor. It should not be too loose or too tight.
