Installation instance
1. the sensor is placed horizontally (with the magnet facing down) and adsorbed on the bearing pedestal platform of the walking beam of the pumping unit. The sensor arrow is parallel to the walking beam and is pointing to the "donkey head". It is forbidden to suck the sensor on the side of the traveling beam, otherwise the test accuracy will be affected!
2. the sensor is equipped with a 170cm cable, and the root cable should be fixed (it can be tied to the adjusting bolt of the traveling beam bearing seat). Other cables are suspended and connected to explosion-proof junction box.
3. pay attention to the proper length of the suspended cable to ensure that it is neither tight nor loose during the rotation of the traveling beam. Hang the cable support in the air as far as possible to ensure that the cable (plus hose protection) does not rub the traveling beam during the rotation of the traveling beam.
Application examples
1. detection of the displacement of the suspension point of the pumping unit. During the production of the pumping unit, the sensor detects the dynamic change of the angle of the traveling beam, and then calculates the stroke times and stroke data of the pumping unit.
2. crane lifting position detection. The installation and application principle are the same as -1.
