1. Overview
●SM40VR is a 360° panoramic surround view assist system suitable for various types of mechanical engineering vehicles;
●This product complies with the standard: GB∕T 38893-2020 Industrial Vehicle Safety Monitoring and Management System;
●This product conforms to the ISO-7637 standard, meets vehicle power supply specifications, features a wide voltage design of DC6-36V, and has enhanced
TVS+ESD design;

2. Product Composition
2.1 Panoramic Main Unit
a) Product Features
1、A 360° panoramic product specifically developed for special vehicles such as forklifts. It features a customized large vehicle 360° stitching algorithm, ultra-small size, high integration, wide temperature design, and an operating temperature range of -30 to 70 degrees.
2、The product conforms to the ISO-7637 standard, meets vehicle power supply specifications, features a wide voltage design of DC6-36V, and has enhanced TVS+ESD design.
3、The product supports multiple video outputs, with output display interfaces including: CVBS/VGA/AHD/HDMI.
4、The product supports 16-sensor ultrasonic digital radar, real-time communication with the 360° panoramic view, and radar information is intuitively displayed on the 360° vehicle model in the panoramic interface.
5、The product supports multiple serial communication methods, including RS232, RS485, and UART, with UART as the default.
6、The product supports the intelligent voice control system developed by our company specifically for large vehicle 360° panoramic imaging systems. It allows for voice control of the 360° main unit, ensuring driving safety.
7、The product supports vibration recording after engine shutdown. It can achieve vibration defense after the vehicle is turned off. When the vehicle detects vibration, it will trigger the main unit to start recording for a period of time. The 4G version can also send the recording to the customer via mobile phone and supports remote video viewing and photography.
8、The product supports 4G+GPS positioning function. During driving or after engine shutdown, it can achieve remote real-time video viewing, remote photography, real-time location, driving trajectory, vibration alarm, and electronic fence functions.
9、The 4G version of the product supports the vehicle shutdown sleep function (ultra-power saving mode), and supports remote wake-up function in the sleep state.
10、The product features dual storage design, supporting SD card + MSATA storage methods, both using SSD storage devices, which are shock-resistant.
11、The product supports electronic rearview mirror product mode. The main unit's unique dual AHD output function can simultaneously display the 360° image on two screens. It has special software designed for electronic rearview mirrors, supports vehicle speed detection, and can output control signals to control the electronic rearview mirror display switching at a set speed.
12、The product supports 4-channel AHD camera function and 4-channel camera video duplication function. It can split the 4-channel camera images into two, one for the 360° main unit and one for the DVR main unit. This means the 360° main unit can provide 5 video channels to the DVR main unit: 1 channel of 360° stitched image and 4 channels of original camera images.
13、When used with our company's in-vehicle dedicated monitor, it can achieve touch control functionality. Through our capacitive touch screen monitor, touch control of the 360° main unit can be achieved. Our monitor also supports display panel button reuse function. Without using the touch function, the 360° main unit can also be controlled through the monitor's panel buttons.
2.2 Monitor

1、This product is a vehicle-grade monitor specifically designed for various special vehicles, including engineering machinery.
2、The product uses a 7.0-inch wide-temperature, high-resolution, high-brightness vehicle-grade IPS LCD screen. The screen supports night mode (reduces screen brightness at night).
3、Vehicle-grade wide voltage DC6-36V design, conforming to the ISO-7637 standard, rated power 25W, with undervoltage, overvoltage, and overload protection functions.
4、Rich interfaces: three video inputs (HDMI/VGA/CVBS), two stereo audio inputs, one USB, one power input, one night mode signal input, and one reverse detection signal input.
5、The entire machine features shock-resistant and anti-electromagnetic interference design. All interface circuits have added ESD and TVS protection circuits to ensure the reliability of the in-vehicle monitor in the vehicle environment.
6、The product integrates an ultra-high light transmittance multi-point capacitive touch screen and multi-function buttons, allowing for adjustment and setting of the display through buttons.
7、The monitor uses a sunshade design for better display effects and supports various installation methods, including vehicle U-shaped brackets, butterfly brackets, and hanging brackets.
