Riyue Technology's 2020 business roadshow was successfully held

On January 20, 2020, Riyue Technology held a business roadshow competition for the Sensor Division, Weighing Division, and Oilfield Division at the Riyue Technology Building, second floor, themed "New Year Management Review and Work Planning." A total of 30 mid-to-high-level management personnel and production representatives attended the roadshow.
The roadshow officially began at 9:18 am.
Qin Qianqian, Minister of Administration and Human Resources, served as the host, leading everyone in a pledge and introducing the theme of the roadshow, the competition rules, and the participants and judges from each division.
The three division general managers drew lots to determine the presentation order: Sensor Division, Oilfield Division, and Weighing Division.
Sensor Division - Roadshow Participant: Zhou Xinping, Business Department
Zhou Xinping first gave a detailed review and explanation of the Sensor Division's 2019 annual work overview, sales performance, and key annual tasks. He analyzed and proposed solutions for problems encountered in 2019, such as insufficient execution, inadequate management, and equipment and product structure issues. He presented the strategic development direction for the Sensor Division in 2020 and established key business tasks and goals for 2020. This can be summarized as: aggressively expanding the market, following leads, exploring new avenues, and improving efficiency while reducing costs.
Oilfield Division - Roadshow Participant: Li Xin, Production Department
Li Xin summarized the work of the Oilfield Division in 2019. He explained the new organizational structure and personnel responsibilities of the Oilfield Division. He presented improvement plans for shortcomings in 2019, including organizational structure confusion, delayed process archiving, and substandard 5S workplace standards. He proposed the keywords for the new year: responsibility, learning, serving the people, and inheritance.
Weighing Division - Roadshow Participant: Li Qian, R&D Department
Li Qian presented and analyzed the projects, patents, and sales of the Weighing Division in 2019. She pointed out problems in 2019, including lengthy R&D cycles, single sales channels, an incomplete talent pipeline, and rising production costs, and proposed countermeasures. She looked forward to maximizing profits in 2020, starting from four points: market, service, product, and team.
The judges scored based on the roadshow content, PPT visual effects, time control, and clarity of expression in the Q&A session. The Sensor Division won first place, the Weighing Division second place, and the Oilfield Division third place. Prizes were awarded by the division general managers.
Concluding Remarks by Mr. Chen, Riyue Group
After watching the presentations, Mr. Chen gave concluding remarks. He first highly praised the format and content of the meeting, proposing the theory of the "business, R&D, and production inverted triangle," emphasizing that production is the fundamental guarantee of the inverted triangle, and urging every Riyue employee to strive for self-improvement and become stronger.
