On June 16, 2023, Director Zhan from the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Minister Chen from the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, and Minister Zhang from the High-tech Zone Organization Department, along with other leaders, visited Bengbu Riyue Instrument Research Co., Ltd. for a research visit. Mr. Chen Dang, Chairman of Riyue, and the general managers of various business units accompanied and received them throughout the visit.
This research focused on the overall situation of Party building work in non-public enterprises and social organizations in Bengbu City. It also conducted a verification of the Party building work in non-public enterprises in provincial-level development zones in the city, in accordance with the provincial-level research and evaluation arrangements for Party building work in non-public enterprises in development zones. 
01 Report on Party Building Brand Creation Work
First, at the first-floor lobby of the Riyue Science and Technology Park main building, the Riyue Party branch reported to the research team from the Anhui Provincial Non-public Work Committee Office on the creation of the Riyue Party building brand "Inheritance and Innovation, Riyue Shining Together," Riyue culture, the Riyue Party building 335 methodology, and the inheritance and development of Riyue. Riyue deeply implements and studies the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deeply integrating the enterprise with Party building, fostering a learning-oriented team, introducing innovative mechanisms, and leading high-quality enterprise development through Party building. 
02 Visit to the Mechanics and Metrology Testing Center
After listening to the Riyue Party branch's report on Party building brand creation work, the research team visited the Mechanics and Metrology Testing Center. 
In addition, the Riyue Party branch introduced the model worker positions for Party members, setting different job indicators for different positions, using digital assessment with records and evaluations, fully leveraging the exemplary role of Party members.
03 Visit to Sensor Factory No. 1
At Sensor Factory No. 1, Chairman Chen Dang of Riyue introduced the enterprise's product processes and application areas to the research team in detail, holding a product in his hand.
At the same time, the Party branch introduced the model worker positions for prospective Party members of Riyue, and shared the participation of all Riyue employees in Party lessons and their handwritten learning reflections. 
04 Visit to Instrument Factory No. 3
Finally, at Instrument Factory No. 3, Chairman Chen Dang introduced to the research team the manufacturing process and applications of the chips used in the instruments, the instrument assembly process, and oil and gas Internet of Things solutions. 
05 The research team's visit and guidance concluded successfully.
The visit and guidance from the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department concluded successfully. The research team expressed great appreciation for Riyue, and Chairman Chen shook hands with Director Zhan from the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department to express his gratitude.
