1.特点

4. 外形结构及功能介绍
前面板LED：有红色和绿色两个颜色，红色代表温度采集状态及睡眠到唤醒状态，绿色LED代表为NB-IOT网络建链状态
前面板复位：通过磁铁，在壳体前盖正下方，磁铁往上对着复位箭头，稳定3-5秒移开磁铁，LED红色灯闪烁3次，液晶显示8888也同步闪烁三次，代表仪表复位成功，复位的主要目的是进入仪表修改内部参数，或者刷新一下当下的温度值，和重新刷新建立网络链接。
仪表打开后盖，后盖内部有电池、按键，开关，USB调试口，功能介绍如下：
后面板K1：由于仪表上报周期存在长周期，在调试的过程中，可以按K1按键，仪表主动建立网络链接，上报当前的一组温度数据。K1主要用于调试网络是否正常使用。
后面板K2：由于仪表上报周期存在长周期，有些应用现场需要实施观察当前温度的时时编号，在调试的过程中，可以按K2按键，仪表主动连续采集当前温度300秒时间，液晶同步实时刷新，此功能只是现场采集并未上传。K2主要用于现场温度调试使用。
后面板开关：开关分上中下，三个档位开关，中间档位处于关闭状态，上，下处于打开状态。
后面板USB：USB+调试软件，可以方便的输入IP地址，网络号，等调试参数，具体见调试软件手册。
后面板电池更换：首先将电源开关关闭，将左右两颗M3滚花螺钉，用手拧掉，然后把K1-K2线路板上盖垂直拔掉，电池SM黑色插头断开，更换新电池，重新插入SM插头，再将K1-K2线路板对着插针轻轻的垂直插入，最后两颗M3滚花螺钉手工拧上即可，打开开关，整个过程操作，需要注意一下中，K1-K2线路板轻拔轻插即可。最后请拧紧后盖。实物照片如下图：

5.现场安装使用说明
5.1.所有变送器经过数字化校准，不同的变送器间具备完全的一致性和互换性;
5.2.在运输途中，所有的变送器电池是处于断开状态，在现场安装温度变送器，需要旋开表头后盖，将电池开关打开，要注意旋紧护套，防止漏水;
5.3.管道上安装蜂窝网络式温度变送器(1)管道停运、泄压、泄空。在管道上开个比传感器探头盲管套外径稍大一点的孔;(2)将盲管套从开孔处垂直插入至管道底部处，然后沿孔一周密封焊接在管道上;(3)盲管套内注入导热油，约1/2管的容积;(4)温度传感器探头插入盲管套，调节好表头方向，以扳手将活接头旋紧，恢复管道输运。
5.4.此蜂窝网络式无线温度变送器安装完成后，可以通过按键或调试工装进行网络参数设置。
5.5.变送器长期不使用的情况下，可以通过调试工装将温度变送器设置为睡眠模式，(变送器在出厂入库过程中，统一设置为睡眠模式或者关闭状态，现场需要调参激活才可以正常使用)。调试软件界面在线列表如下图：
6.注意事项
6.1.本产品使用的电池型号为ER34615M-3.6V38Ah;禁止使用其它型号电池。
6.2.产品天线外壳为塑料材质，有潜在静电电荷危险!使用中应避免摩擦!清洁时请用湿布擦拭!
