3.Installation and connection definition
3.1. All transmitter through digital calibration, have completely different transmitter consistency and interchangeability;
3.2. Pressure transmitter installation, need to unscrew header back cover, the cable from the electrical interface access, wiring 485 communication line and backup battery line, please pay attention to during the process of the power supply wiring correct connection level of plus or minus, finally will back cover tighten to ensure waterproof.
3.3. Six core terminal definition from left to right are:
1-24 v + power supply, power supply 24-2 -, 3-485 _a, 4-485 _b, 5 - battery anode, 6 - battery cathode
3.4. The temperature probe three-wire system wiring definition:
1 - PT100 signal -, 2 - PT100 signal -, 3 - + PT100 signal
3.5显示面板指示定义
默认设置下，仪表开机后工作在环路电流状态下。主显示区显示当前压力值和温度值来回切换，电池进度条在无外部供电的情况下，才会显示电池电量。
3.6 仪表通讯基本信息现场设置
如下图，仪表通讯地址出厂默认01，现场用户可设置，使用调试软件《SMD03数字压力变送器485调试软件》，智能传感器通用信息状态下的设备通讯基本信息状态栏里，先在仪表通讯地址里填写万能地址255，再 “读取”，通讯成功后会显示其它设置代码，即可设置仪表通讯地址并做好记录，波特率默认9600，串口为当前电脑的串口号，一般为com1，com2,具体可在设备管理器里查询当前电脑串口号。
3.7 压力变送器调参设置
如下图，压力量程用户可读取不可设置，压力小数位可选择0-2位。皮重，为仪表空载时去皮归零处理但不会修改变送器出厂的标定增益。当变送器使用一段时间，定期校准，清零，可将变送器悬空，变送器显示值不为零时，可以将皮重设置为显示值，即清零处理。举例：现场仪表空载时显示0.5MPa,皮重可设为0.5，变送器输出减去皮重的相应信号值。
根据电脑配置，和实际联的电脑串口，选择COM1或者COM2。
3.9. 实时读取模拟量信息
填写仪表通讯地址，点击开始读取，瞬间测量值会实时刷新，可以用于现场调试。这里的基本信息（瞬间测量值，当前采样码，版本号，上限报警，下限报警，运行时间）只是可以看到，但是不可以修改。
