SM39PWB-DFL single flange differential pressure transmitter

The SM39PWB-DFL single-flange differential pressure transmitter consists of an SM39PWB-CY series differential pressure transmitter and a single flange that is welded on. Its operating principle is the same as the SM39PWB-CY series differential pressure transmitter, except that the positive pressure transmission path is slightly different: the pressure acting on the high-pressure side first passes through the diaphragm and filling fluid on the single flange, then through the transmitter body, and finally reaches the high-pressure side of the measuring sensor.
  1. Application

 

Single Flange Differential Pressure The bellows of the transmitter is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the pressure sensor component of the differential pressure transmitter. It uses a filling liquid such as silicone oil to transmit pressure between it and the transmitter.

SM39PWB-DFL Single Flange Differential Pressure Transmitter Used to measure the level, density, pressure, and flow of liquids, gases, or steam, and then convert it into 4mA ~ 20mADC HART current signal output. It can also communicate with HART handheld communicator for parameter setting, process monitoring, etc. SM39PWB-DFL Single Flange Differential Pressure Transmitter measurement range (before migration) is      0…1kPa ~ 2MPa Single The rated pressure of the flange is: 1.6/4MPa 6.4MPa 10MPa150psi 300psi or 600psi

 


  1. Working Principle and Structure

 

SM39PWB-DFL Single Flange Differential Pressure Transmitter Structurally composed of SM39PWB-CY series differential pressure transmitters and welded Single flange assembly . Its working principle is the same as that of SM39PWB-CY series differential pressure transmitters, except that the positive pressure side pressure transmission path is slightly different: the pressure acting on the high-pressure side first passes through Single the diaphragm and filling liquid on the flange, then through the transmitter body, to the high-pressure side of the measuring sensor.

The minimum range of the differential pressure level transmitter should be the larger value of the minimum range in Table 1 and Table 2 . The adjusted range must not be less than the minimum range. The maximum range of the level transmitter should be the minimum value of the maximum range of the transmitter body and Single Flange rated pressure.

Through Single Flange The transmitter can be directly fixed to any position. A good condition is to keep the process flange axis vertical, with positional deviation A correctable zero offset will be generated. The electronic casing can be rotated up to 360° , and a positioning screw can fix it in any position.
