SM40-CC Forklift Safety Monitoring System

The SM40-CC forklift safety monitoring system complies with GB/T 38893-2020 "Industrial Vehicle Safety Monitoring and Management System". It integrates high-precision load, tilt angle, speed, lidar ranging, ultrasonic ranging, personnel sensing, and various vehicle status sensors to achieve real-time online monitoring of weight, lifting height, vehicle speed, front and rear vehicle distance, personnel posture, and vehicle status. It is also equipped with multi-angle video monitoring devices to minimize blind spots in forklift operation and achieve comprehensive monitoring of forklift operation safety. The weighing function of this system can simultaneously accumulate statistics on the weight of goods loaded on the forklift, thereby achieving forklift storage and transportation efficiency evaluation. This is an important supplementary feature of this safety monitoring system.

Application Range

The SM40-CC forklift safety monitoring system complies with GB/T 38893-2020 "Industrial Vehicle Safety Monitoring and Management System". It integrates high-precision load, tilt angle, speed, lidar ranging, ultrasonic ranging, personnel sensing, and various vehicle status sensors to achieve real-time online monitoring of weight, lifting height, vehicle speed, front and rear vehicle distance, personnel posture, and vehicle status, and is equipped with multi-angle video monitoring devices to minimize blind spots in forklift operation safety and achieve all-round monitoring of forklift operation safety.

    The weighing function of this system can simultaneously perform cumulative statistics of the weight of goods loaded by the forklift, thereby achieving forklift storage and transportation efficiency evaluation, which is an important auxiliary feature of this safety monitoring system.

The safety monitoring and management system consists of three parts: information acquisition and processing system, video monitoring system, and remote monitoring center, as follows:

Functional Characteristics

1. Large-size touch screen and voice prompts
SM40-CC displays all monitoring information on the screen, including vehicle authorization, driver status, real-time speed, load weight, front and rear distance, fork height, steering angle, tilt angle, and alarm information.

2. Vehicle status monitoring and management
Including: IC card authorization, driver status monitoring, fault monitoring, parking brake detection, reverse detection, operating speed and overspeed alarm, etc.

3. Anti-collision operation area warning
Based on the detection results of the front and rear radars, the system performs warnings (audio-visual voice prompts), speed limits, and parking operations to achieve safe anti-collision effects.

4. Vehicle auxiliary control
In the state of overspeed and anti-collision warning, the throttle is limited to ensure safe operation. Overload is prohibited from lifting and the throttle is limited.

5. Does not change the performance of the forklift itself and does not reduce the working efficiency of the forklift itself;

6. Configured with high-precision sensor modules and high-performance RTU, high sensitivity, and stable reliability;

7. 360° panoramic video, 72-hour data storage function;

8. Supports 4G/5G wireless network, and working data is uploaded to the designated server platform;

9. The system meets the requirements of GB/T 38893-2020 "Industrial Vehicle Safety Monitoring and Management System";
