SM40-HW sanitation vehicle IoT weighing system
The food waste truck weighing system is a weighing system product specially developed for online garbage can weighing of sanitation garbage trucks, suitable for side-loading compression and rear-loading compression sanitation garbage trucks. Product features: The weighing process does not need to stop, and the weighing is realized during the lifting process of the garbage bucket; it can also automatically accumulate the collected garbage weight and the number of garbage cans. Then, the collected data is sent to the cloud platform for management in real time.
Application Range

Product Features: Weighing does not require stopping; weighing is performed during the garbage bin lifting process; and the collected garbage weight and number of garbage bins can be automatically accumulated. Then, the collected data is sent to the cloud platform for management in real time.
Function Description
1. Realize single/double bin online weighing function;
2. No need to stop during weighing; high-precision weighing is achieved during the garbage bin lifting process;
3. Real-time monitoring of vehicle location and real-time upload to the backend cloud management platform;
4. After connecting to the Internet of Things platform, the following functions are achieved:
1) Driving records: Record and transmit data such as vehicle operation time, location, and route;
2) Operation records: Relevant data during vehicle operation, such as weight, driving speed, and fuel consumption, can be uploaded to the background server in real time;
3) Query and statistics functions: Real-time weight query, batch query, conditional query and statistics, etc. Vehicle driving records and video records query;
4) Remote upgrade function of the management system;
