Functional Features
It can generally be placed in the pigsty aisle (or fixedly installed in the testing room). The main testing items are weight and physiological data such as backfat and loin eye area. A weighing display instrument is installed on the front side of the weighing pen, and an ultrasound instrument is placed on the rear side.
1. The ultra-low weighing pan design, with a height of only 50mm, fundamentally solves the problem of difficulty in driving pigs onto the scale.
2. All metal structures are used, which are non-corrosive in the harsh corrosive environment of pig houses.
3. The sensor is moved upward, 700mm from the ground. This solves the problem of erosion by pig feces and urine, and can improve the service life of the sensor.
4. The weighing instrument has a built-in rechargeable battery. A single charge can be used for more than 24 hours. This eliminates the drawback of using a power cord that restricts the usage time.
5. Conveniently adjustable side restraint system. The distance between the side restraint plates is adjustable between 200mm and 390mm, which can meet the changes from piglets to large pigs. During the detection process, it limits the range of movement of the pig, preventing lateral bending. The detection is accurate and efficient.
6. The instrument can be raised, lowered, and rotated for convenient viewing by the operator.
7. The cable is protected by a metal flexible tube, which can effectively prevent rodent damage.
