SM40A bridge weighing sensor

The SM40-A type load cell, with its unique two-end support and centrally loaded bridge structure, brings high-precision and high-reliability measurement to large-tonnage sensors. The sensor's force transmission component uses a pressure head and steel ball structure, allowing for automatic reset and self-centering. Its low profile, robust structure, and strong overload capacity provide good resistance to eccentric and lateral forces, and good dynamic performance, resulting in high measurement accuracy. Equipped with a lightning protection device and good moisture-proof sealing, it is suitable for harsh working environments. It can be widely used in electronic railway scales, shallow pit or pitless electronic vehicle scales, crane scales, and various electronic ground scales and other force measurement and weighing systems.

1. Concept

SM40 A Type load cells, with their unique two-end support and bridge-type structure with force applied in the middle, have enabled high-precision and reliable measurement in the field of large-tonnage sensors. The sensor force transmission component uses a pressure head and steel ball structure, which can be automatically reset and self-aligning. Its low profile, robust structure, and strong overload capacity provide good resistance to eccentric and lateral forces, and good dynamic performance, thus achieving high measurement accuracy. It is equipped with a lightning protection device and has good moisture-proof sealing, making it suitable for harsh working environments. It can be widely used in electronic track scales, shallow pit or pitless electronic vehicle scales, crane scales, and various electronic ground scales and other force measurement and weighing systems.
