SM46 series deep-water tension sensor
1. Overview
SM46 Series Product is mainly a special sensor for measuring tensile force , Its structural principle is a shear-type strain gauge sensor with both ends fixed relative to the pinholes and the body center carrying the load. 。 High-quality stainless steel is used as the elastic body, and foil strain gauges are used as sensitive conversion elements. The sensitive element is installed in the middle of the sensor, and both ends of the sensor are fixed on the hook. When the tensile sensor is loaded, the load is transmitted to the sensitive element through the shear elastic beams at both ends, generating strain proportional to the load in the elastic beams, and converting it into a corresponding electrical signal through the strain gauge.
