The SM600 fully automatic BB fertilizer production line control system automatically dispenses materials into the weighing hopper according to the set formula requirements. Then, the materials are unloaded into a bucket elevator, lifted to the mixer, mixed, and directly unloaded into the finished product bin (mixing time and unloading time can be set according to the specific material formula). The packaging scale is started (manual bagging, automatic bag clamping, filling, bag loosening), manual sealing is assisted, automatic conveying is performed, and manual palletizing is done.
