Functional Characteristics
- The steady flow spiral has a unique steady flow structure. On the entire inlet cross-section, the powder sinks evenly without arching or rushing.
- The steady flow feeding spiral and the metering spiral are synchronously speed-regulated. The material filling factor of the steady flow powder feeding spiral is 1.0, and the material filling factor of the metering spiral is 0.6
- The spiral blades are made of manganese steel with fine workmanship, are highly wear-resistant, and have a long service life.
- The spiral gap is small, overcoming the problem of backflow and rushing, and avoiding material adhesion in the gap between the pipe walls.
- Sealed structure, reducing dust dispersion.
- There is a soft connection between the steady flow powder feeding spiral and the metering spiral, which can be adjusted to any horizontal installation angle according to site requirements.
