The 3D force sensor is based on strain-type force measurement Sensor Based on the principle of resistance strain, also known as a strain-type three-dimensional force sensor. It consists of an elastic element, a resistance strain gauge, and a Wheatstone bridge circuit. The weight of the object being measured acts on the elastic element, causing it to deform and produce strain. The resistance strain gauge attached to the elastic element converts the strain, which is proportional to the object's weight, into a change in resistance. Then, the Wheatstone bridge circuit converts the change in resistance into a voltage output. By displaying the measured voltage output value on an instrument, the measurement task can be completed.
