The SM47-YB1K-E strain sensor primarily determines whether the vertical compressive bearing capacity of the pile meets the design requirements. The high-strain method, when determining defects such as horizontal integration gaps and prefabricated pile joints in the pile body, can reasonably determine the degree of defects based on whether these "defects" affect the vertical compressive bearing capacity, and can serve as a supplementary verification method for the low-strain method. In some areas, it has become common practice to increase the frequency of checks on bearing capacity and integrity using the high-strain method.

Overview

  The SM47-YB1K-E strain sensor's primary function is to determine whether the vertical compressive bearing capacity of a pile meets design requirements.
