The SM18XQ-A-TM series static load weighing module integrates a high-precision shear beam sensor, load transfer device, and mounting plate into a single unit. This design ensures the high accuracy and long-term stability of the shear beam sensor while eliminating weighing errors caused by improper installation. The module's simple and rational design and load-bearing structure eliminate the need for additional accessories. All modules are manufactured, assembled, and tested in accordance with ISO9001 quality standards, ensuring easy and quick installation with minimal debugging required. Traditional electronic weighing systems are easily affected by environmental interference during static or dynamic load weighing. Many factors can affect the accuracy of weighing, some stemming from the system itself (design, installation, calibration, and maintenance), and others from external sources (upward air currents, vibrations, temperature changes, and earthquakes). This weighing module minimizes the impact of these factors during the weighing process, providing reliable weighing data.
