Description Overview

Installation Example
1. The sensor is placed flat (magnet facing down) and adsorbed on the walking beam of the pumping unit On the bearing seat platform, the sensor arrow is parallel to the walking beam and points directly to " Donkey head ” 。It is strictly forbidden to adsorb the sensor on the side of the walking beam, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the test!
2. Sensor with 170cm Cable, please fix the cable at the root (it can be knotted and tied to the adjusting bolt of the walking beam bearing seat). The remaining cables are suspended and connected to the explosion-proof junction box.
3. Note that the length of the suspended cable should be moderate, ensuring that it is neither too tight nor too loose during the rotation of the walking beam. Try to support the cable in the air to ensure that the cable is not ( A soft tube can be added for protection ) Do not rub against the walking beam.
Application Examples
1. Pumping unit suspension point displacement detection. During the production process of the pumping unit, the sensor detects the dynamic changes of the walking beam angle, and then calculates the data of the pumping unit strokes and strokes.
2. Crane hoisting position detection. Installation and application principle is the same as - 1。
