Microsensors are sensors with at least one physical dimension in the sub-millimeter range. Compared to traditional sensors, microsensors have the following advantages:

1. Self-compensation function: Compensation for nonlinear errors in signal detection, temperature changes and the resulting signal zero drift and sensitivity drift, response time delay, noise, and cross-detection;

2. Self-diagnosis function: System self-check when the power is turned on, self-check during system operation, self-diagnosis during system failure, and determination of the location and components of the failure;
