Description Overview
SM 35AWB-F Wireless Load Sensor It is designed for dynamometer testing of pumping units, integrating load and acceleration displacement measurement (optional), low-power embedded microcontroller, and low-power wireless digital communication technology. It is a high-performance wireless sensor product and one of the important front-end acquisition devices in the construction of the Internet of Things for oil and gas production in digital oilfields. Through the use of acceleration sensors and angular displacement sensors, it performs periodic online synchronous measurements of the pumping unit suspension point load and sucker rod displacement. The data is transmitted remotely through a local wireless data communication network, realizing remote measurement of dynamometer data that characterizes the operating conditions of the pumping unit well.
Adaptable High-reliability design for industrial environments, as well as high precision, simple installation, easy maintenance, environmental protection, and durability, have won user recognition. It has not only been widely used in major oilfields in China, such as Shengli, Daqing, Huabei, Changqing, Xinjiang, and Qinghai, but also in some overseas oil companies.
