The SM39Y04-L explosion-proof pressure sensor features high precision and high stability: The sensing unit uses BH series foil strain gauges produced with American raw materials and proprietary processing technology from BEAN company in the USA as the force-to-electric conversion element. The transducer (amplifier) uses a high-precision, low-drift instrumentation amplifier as the main amplifier element, with the feedback element specially selected. It has good overall temperature coefficient, few solder joints, small size, and high shock resistance. Integrated temperature compensation technology, the signal is then precisely temperature compensated, amplified and processed into a 4~20mA or 1~5V standard signal. It can interface with DDZⅢ, DDZ-S series instruments, and industrial computers or distributed control systems to achieve automatic measurement and control of the production process. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, light industry, building materials, scientific research and other fields. It is the product of choice for industrial process control.
