1. Overview
SM6T High-precision weighing and tensile load sensors use American raw materials and American BEAN Company's processing technology. BH Series foil strain gauges are used as force-to-electric conversion elements. The elastomer structure uses high-precision and high-stability S type structure, plus full sealing measures, so the performance is stable and reliable. The average mean time between failures ( MTBF ) is greater than 20000 hours, and the lifespan is 10~12 years; It has been successfully and widely used in high-precision electronic scales, hopper scales, packaging weighing equipment, and other dynamic and static measurement and control systems as a primary instrument for force-to-electric conversion.
