S-type load cell

The S-type high-precision weighing and tensile pressure sensor uses BH series foil strain gauges produced with American raw materials and processing technology from the American BEAN company as the force-to-electric conversion element. The elastomer structure adopts a high-precision and high-stability S-type structure, coupled with full sealing measures, so the performance is stable and reliable. The average mean time between failures (MTBF) during normal use is greater than 20,000 hours, with a lifespan of 10-12 years; it has been successfully and widely used in high-precision electronic scales, hopper scales, packaging weighing equipment, and other dynamic and static measurement and control systems as a primary force-to-electric conversion instrument.

1 Concept

The S-type high-precision weighing and tensile pressure sensor uses BH series foil strain gauges produced with American raw materials and processing technology from BEAN company as the force-to-electricity conversion element. The elastic body structure adopts a high-precision and high-stability S-type structure, plus a fully sealed measure, so the performance is stable and reliable. The average mean time between failures (MTBF) in normal use is greater than 20,000 hours, and the lifespan is 10-12 years; it has been successfully and widely used in high-precision electronic scales, hopper scales, packaging weighing equipment, and other dynamic and static measurement and control systems as a primary instrument for force-to-electricity conversion.

To enable users who originally used sensors from other manufacturers to also share this achievement, the external structural dimensions and threaded interface dimensions of this product are consistent with those of internationally common products. This allows users to improve the performance of the original design by several orders of magnitude simply by replacing the corresponding sensor without updating the original equipment, resulting in huge economic and social benefits.
