The SM8000 series concrete mixing plant control system uses a programmable logic controller as its core, pioneering a working mode of "independent batching control + comprehensive electrical sequence control management + upper computer network management." It achieves comprehensive management of the concrete mixing plant's production process and data, targeting the automatic control of the entire concrete production process.

The SM8000 series concrete mixing station control system, with a programmable controller at its core, pioneers “Independent Batching Control +   Comprehensive Electrical Timing Control Management +   Host Computer Network Management” working mode. It comprehensively manages the concrete mixing station production process and data, targeting the entire automatic control process of concrete production.

System Advantages

  2. Modular design, high redundancy: independent batching control for each material → manager integrated batching control → host computer batching monitoring management → seamless connection with network computer management, realizing decentralized control and centralized management.

Using CAN-bus industrial fieldbus communication; the SM40-H series batching controller uses a 200 times/second sampling rate and independent material gate control, making batching faster, more stable, and more reliable than traditional systems. The batching process can fully meet the requirements of any mixing station (building) process.

The programmable controller uses an industrial-grade embedded microprocessor as its core and is designed according to ultra-industrial standards, with a wide voltage 85-265VAC power supply, all-metal industrial-grade structure, wide temperature range, anti-electrical interference, and lightning protection, meeting the requirements for use in various harsh environments.
  5. Can be connected to 1-9 batching instruments via communication ports. Batching instruments are defined as: aggregate meter, cement meter, admixture meter, water meter, extended aggregate meter, extended powder meter, and each meter can be configured with four materials, fully meeting the requirements of commercial concrete mixing stations.
  6. Lightning protection, anti EMI interference design measures ensure reliable lightning protection and anti-interference capabilities of this control system.
