System Advantages
The SM6000 cement plant raw material and clinker proportioning control system is the third-generation cement plant raw material and clinker control system product independently developed by Riyue. The system adopts a distributed control mode, namely, decentralized control and centralized management. Decentralized control, i.e., multi-CPU control, each CPU independently completes its specific work without affecting each other. Even if a control point fails in the entire system, it will not affect the normal operation of other control points, which minimizes the risk of the entire system. Centralized management, i.e., the industrial control computer is responsible for coordinating multiple decentralized CPUs, enabling them to work normally under unified scheduling, and performing cyclic detection of various decentralized control points to complete functions such as joint control, group control, alarm, statistics, and management. It is precisely because the distributed control system has the above irreplaceable superiority, reliability, and flexibility.
System Composition
This system consists of an SMC2000 quantitative electronic belt scale, an original imported variable frequency speed regulator, an SM40-2000 series batching controller (i.e., lower computer), an industrial control computer (i.e., upper computer), etc. This system is flexible in combination and easy to expand. The scale group configuration can be up to 32 units; it can realize one host controlling one mill ( Group (group), two mills (groups), three mills (groups). It is convenient for on-site installation, simple maintenance and repair, and integrates high-voltage cabinets and computer control. The host computer can be placed at the control site or in the laboratory or production management office. The system uses an industrial PC as the host computer, with powerful management functions and a very user-friendly interface.
