SMA41-WT underwater bearing sensor

The SM41 series bearing housing sensor is mainly installed under the bearing housing, but can also be used in other structural forms. It is a special sensor mainly used to measure the bearing capacity of a bearing housing. The structural principle is a shear-type resistance strain gauge sensor with fixed ends and central load bearing. High-quality alloy steel is used as the elastic body, and foil resistance strain gauges are used as sensitive conversion elements. The bearing housing is installed in the middle of the sensor, and the two ends of the sensor are fixed to the base. When the bearing housing is loaded, the load is transmitted to the base through the shear elastic beams at both ends, generating strain in the elastic beams that is proportional to the load. This strain is converted into a corresponding electrical signal by the strain gauge. Suitable for tension testing and control systems under bearing housings in various industries such as cranes and water conservancy.

This strain is converted into a corresponding electrical signal by the strain gauge. This sensor uses argon arc welding for full sealing, ensuring good 200 sealing performance under deep water. Stress analysis at various points of the sensor ensures the rationality of its design.
