Overview:
This sensor uses alloy steel or stainless steel material, with a circular ring gasket structure and planar pressure-type load bearing. It is produced using imported American raw materials and proprietary processing technology from BEAN Company of the United States. It is mainly used for force measurement in various bolts, shafts, or testing machines, and is also used for tension and pressure testing of screws and rods.

Measurement Principle
The shaft pin sensor utilizes the elastic deformation of the elastomer under external force, causing the resistance value of the strain gauge attached to its surface to change (increase or decrease). Then, through the corresponding measurement circuit, this resistance change is converted into an electrical signal (voltage or current), thus completing the force measurement process.
