SMG02 Fiber Bragg Grating Displacement Meter

Mainly used for precise measurement of the relative displacement between two points

SM The G02 fiber Bragg grating displacement meter is mainly used for precise measurement of the relative displacement between two points. If a small-range displacement meter is selected, it can measure surface cracks and replace crack meters, such as slippage, settlement, and cracks in tunnels, underground engineering, slopes, and building structures, and can simultaneously measure the temperature of the buried points.

It mainly consists of a core elastic structure, a spring, and a connecting rod. The connecting rod connects the workpiece to be measured, and the displacement change is transmitted through the spring stretching. The other end of the spring is connected to the core elastic structure, driving the elastic core structure to produce a small displacement, which is sensed by the internal grating. The change in the reflected wavelength is detected by the demodulation instrument in the background to achieve the measurement purpose.

Features

  1. Stability: The products are all encapsulated with special sealing glue, which greatly reduces the probability of zero drift in traditional sensors. Traditional sensors have a higher probability of zero drift due to continuous creep within 10 months.
  2. Temperature measurement function: The temperature compensation methods are also different. The temperature compensation structure used not only has an automatic temperature compensation function but also can collect temperature.
  3. Long-distance transmission, good product reliability.
