SMG03 Fiber Bragg Grating Surface Strain Gauge

The product uses a unique flexible beam structure, which has high measurement resolution and accuracy. Two types of packaged sensors are designed for different application environments and requirements: one is epoxy resin encapsulated, which can be used continuously for about one year. After expiration or creep, it is not suitable for long-term monitoring, but it can meet the needs of short-term laboratory use; the other is anaerobic adhesive encapsulated, which can be used for a long time.

SM The G03 fiber Bragg grating surface strain gauge is mainly used for stress and strain monitoring on concrete surfaces, and is also used for static and dynamic stress and strain monitoring on the surfaces of various metals or other solid structures. The product adopts a unique elastic beam structure, with high measurement resolution and measurement accuracy.

This sensor is suitable for strain monitoring on various environmental surfaces. Our company has designed two types of sensors with different packaging mechanisms for different application environments and requirements: one is epoxy resin encapsulation, which can be used continuously for about 1 year. After expiration or creep occurs, it is not suitable for long-term monitoring, but it can meet the needs of short-term laboratory use; the other is anaerobic adhesive encapsulation, which can be used for a long time.
