Wireless load transfer sensor SM35AWB-F

The wireless load sensor is designed for pump jack well work diagram testing. It integrates load and acceleration displacement measurement (optional), low-power embedded microcontroller, and low-power wireless digital communication technology into one high-performance wireless sensor product. It is one of the important front-end acquisition devices for the construction of the digital oilfield oil and gas production Internet of Things. Through the use of acceleration sensors and angular displacement sensors, it performs periodic online synchronous measurement of the pump jack suspension point load and polished rod displacement. Through the local wireless data communication network, it realizes remote measurement of the work diagram data that characterizes the pump jack well operating conditions.

The wireless load sensor is designed for pump jack well work diagram testing. Through the local wireless data communication network, it remotely measures the work diagram data that characterizes the pump jack well condition.

The high reliability design suitable for industrial environments, as well as its high precision, simple installation, easy maintenance, environmental protection, and durability, have won user recognition. It has not only been promoted and applied in major oil fields in China, such as Shengli, Daqing, Huabei, Changqing, Xinjiang, and Qinghai, but also has been partially applied in overseas oil companies.
