Celebrating the August 1st Army Day
(August 1, 2019, the first day of the seventh month of the Year of the Pig)
Chen Mingye
On the eve of August 1st Army Day, various arms of the army, navy, and air force conducted live-fire exercises, demonstrating their military might and national strength. The Chinese people have truly become stronger! The Chinese people feel proud!
1. We celebrate the August 1st Army Day to carry forward the awareness of a highly united and unified situation; we cannot have any power to create warlord separatism. Unified thinking can transcend the ordinary; in any work, we must have consistency in thought, action, and pace to achieve victory, and victory is the most important thing. The Chinese dare to win, the Chinese have won, and the people of Riyue dare to win. The people of Riyue will surely win.
2. Celebrating the August 1st Army Day means carrying forward the spirit of independence, self-reliance, and hard work. Carrying forward the fighting spirit, military style, and iron discipline, daring to fight tough battles and winning them;
3. Celebrating the August 1st Army Day means being like soldiers, always on high alert to safeguard national security and social stability.
Safety is paramount; the responsibility for safety is greater than the heavens. The National Security Bureau, the Social Security Bureau, and various government departments are constantly paying attention to safety issues. Television stations and newspapers and magazines frequently report on safety accidents. However, we do not take it seriously enough; we talk a lot but do little. When superiors inspect, we rush to fix things, preferring quick fixes. We always talk about ideals and beliefs, loyalty and responsibility, slogans that shake the mountains, and beautiful statements, seemingly in full swing, but actually ineffective and difficult to find in practice. Even worse, some fail to implement, falsely implement, or circumvent superior instructions, paying lip service while disobeying in practice.
Warehouses are restricted areas; no smoking or fire is allowed; warehouses are restricted areas; unauthorized personnel are prohibited. This is common sense. However, the doors of the No. 4 factory building, zones 2 and 3 warehouses, are wide open, and anyone can enter and exit at any time, and cars can park inside at will. What a terrifying scene! If an accident occurs, the consequences are unimaginable. All departments must truly implement safety issues and ensure foolproof measures to ensure the continued development of Riyue in peace and security.
4. Military might and national strength do not fall from the sky; they are the crystallization of the hard work and dedication of generations of practical workers. Therefore, the more we face difficulties, risks, and challenges, the more we should uphold hard work and practical work, creatively implementing product progress and quality. No matter when, only by fulfilling our responsibilities, taking the initiative, and striving for progress in our respective positions can we talk about true loyalty and responsibility.
Everyone should look for their own problems, check their gaps and shortcomings, whether they are pretending, circumventing rules, falsely loyal, or falsely responsible; whether they only want power but not responsibility, only want money but not work, pushing problems upwards and shifting responsibilities downwards, and simply blaming the grassroots when problems arise.
5. Seriously address user feedback and problems we find ourselves, learning from problems, correcting problems, learning loyalty, learning faith, learning responsibility, and learning skills. Implement and address each item. Put yourself in the situation, put your responsibilities in the situation, put your work in the situation, list each item, rectify each item, correct what can be corrected immediately, and continue to correct what cannot be corrected for the time being. Work hard on the word "true," truly doing and truly correcting, seeking truth and being pragmatic, so that formalism has no market.
6. Not looking at today is empty talk; not talking about tomorrow is short-sighted. Users value Riyue's thirty-year history and Riyue culture. We must actively promote our goals, methods, and decisions, promote Riyue culture, and the essence of promotion lies in repetition. We cannot expect people to accept it after just one mention.
7. Adhere to proceeding from reality, seeking truth from facts, and relying on long-term efforts and struggles. The current issue is how to survive and how to grow stronger. Decision-makers must act as guiding lights, identifying the direction, persevering, and moving towards victory! Just as a sapling can grow into a towering tree as long as it takes root in the soil, duckweed will never have the chance to grow into a big tree.
8. There is no smooth road on the path of science. If one road is impassable, we must change to another road; this is the key. Once the actual situation does not match the judgment, we must adapt; this is the key. Taking a zigzag path is the principle of the development of anything in the world.
9. Planned cultivation of a large number of cadres with vision, work ability, and the ability to independently solve problems, unwavering in the face of difficulties, loyally working for Riyue, and working for the benefit of all Riyue employees, as our fighting task.
10. Improve quality and efficiency, consolidate existing resources, and encourage incremental growth, rather than putting the cart before the horse.
11. Learning to consider problems must start from the worst-case scenario and from the lowest level; this is the correct working method and attitude.
12. Riyue dares to win and has been exploring methods, routes, and various works to overcome difficulties and grow stronger. Inevitably, there will be shortcomings and mistakes. We ask all employees to provide timely feedback and help us improve. Thank you!
