This year's Spring Festival was unusual. It coincided with the rapid spread of the novel coronavirus pneumonia originating in Wuhan to the whole country and even the world. The people of the whole country fought the epidemic together. I wish everyone a safe and peaceful day and to do a good job in prevention and control.

Looking back at 2019, we had serious problems. Two issues reached record highs. One was the complete return of a batch of sensors used in a key project in October 2019. The other was the December 12, 2019, Sinopec authoritative institution's quality certification of the products, which concluded that while the production and testing equipment was advanced and comprehensive, leading the domestic industry, the system management documents, process control documents, and quality management documents were far behind, with 10 items receiving a score of zero. Experts questioned why the management was so poor despite the high quality of the products. There was no management system; what was the management system like five years ago?

Today marks the 31st anniversary of the establishment of Riyue and the 70th anniversary of National Day. We are holding a symposium here, inviting employees with more than 10 years of service to participate, share their opinions freely, and speak their minds. However, the meeting must address practical issues. Recently, there have been frequent meetings, especially long ones, causing participants to view meetings as a burden.

I've been with Riyue for 17 years, and during these 17 years, I've grown alongside Riyue. Thank you to the director for the wedding speech given in 2004. My child is 14 years old this year. Thank you to Director Qiu Qiuyun of the former Department 2 for her leadership, thank you to teachers Wu Hongjun and Yi Yi for their guidance, thank you to General Managers Chen Hong and Chen Dang, and teacher Chen Haiyan for their instruction... I walked into the sun and moon
In the hot summer of 2006, I joined Riyue and became one of its members. The transformation from student to worker is always a painful process, and I deeply felt it. The strangeness of the new environment, the acceptance of the new culture, the sense of belonging to the company... In those early days, I struggled with my thoughts every day.

On the 31st anniversary of Riyue, I have also come step by step, and the feelings at each stage are different. My thoughts here are: seminars not only need loyal veterans, but also some newcomers who are willing to make progress. New ideas in a new era cannot be viewed with unchanging concepts. Because things are constantly progressing. All things are divided into stages. Many employees like to say that I want to do my job well, work hard, and absolutely not drag everyone down. In fact, those who have these ideas basically have no motivation to move forward and are even on the verge of being eliminated. Because society is developing too fast now, and skills are developing too fast.

I must do everything seriously
Riyue is 31 years old today, in the prime of life. Although I haven't shared 31 years with Riyue, I have spent 14 years with them, and I am grateful to Riyue. Riyue is like a big family, where we study, live, and progress together.
