Celebrating the 31st anniversary of Riyue's founding and the 70th anniversary of National Day

Today marks the 31st anniversary of Riyue's founding and the 70th anniversary of National Day. We are holding a symposium here, inviting employees with more than 10 years of service to participate, sharing their opinions freely. However, the meeting must address practical issues. Recently, there have been frequent meetings, especially long ones, causing participants to view meetings as a burden.
1. Improve the leadership organization system, extending the company's leadership to every corner of the grassroots level. On this basis, meetings can truly play a role and provide leadership and instructions for the coordinated actions of the grassroots level.
2. Participants should be precise, and speeches should be concise and clear. This will make meetings more efficient and facilitate the promotion of various tasks.
3. Clearly define the meeting theme and have specific, separate discussions. After the discussion, a responsible comrade will make a conclusion, further clarifying how the work should be arranged, divided, when it should be inspected, what erroneous tendencies should be prevented, etc. Only in this way can the effectiveness of the meeting be improved.
4. Attach importance to inspection and analysis, and ensure the implementation of the meeting spirit. For tasks that cannot be completed, the root cause must be investigated. It is completely wrong to talk about work without considering the actual situation.
5. Summarize the work, apply and promote good experiences, overcome formalism and bureaucracy, and solve practical problems. The disease of formalism is difficult to cure for a long time, leading to procrastination, passive response, and some people becoming indifferent to formalism. It is necessary to establish a correct orientation for employing people, improve the system for evaluating and promoting cadres, and truly reward and reuse those who are trustworthy by employees, making it unprofitable and costly for those who engage in formalism.
6. Small enterprises suffer from the diseases of large enterprises, with large and numerous organizations, resulting in overstaffing or focusing on personal gain rather than work.
7. If production is not tightened during normal times, and when user complaints arise, delivery is too late, resulting in costly delivery, which undoubtedly increases costs and safety risks.
8. A sense of responsibility and mission is our belief. President Xi Jinping said to remember our original aspiration and mission. Riyue's original aspiration is to serve users, contribute to society, and benefit employees, as written in the "Riyue Outline." Striving to achieve this goal is our mission.
Research and innovation, today surpasses yesterday, tomorrow surpasses today, the day after tomorrow surpasses tomorrow, constantly improving and enhancing.
No matter what difficulties we encounter, we must persevere and never give up. Let the spirit of Riyue shine through the ages!
Today's flow is the source of the predecessors. The original accumulation of several generations will lead to good future development, so we must identify our goals and be patient.
The most important quality is not your talent, but your strong and loyal heart.
The first major challenge is products and services. We must have our own core competitiveness. Supply must be timely, service must be in place, and users must be satisfied. Timely collection of payments must satisfy Riyue.
The second major challenge is branding. Quality is the starting point of value and dignity. Only through continuous improvement can we truly achieve our goals.
The third major challenge is culture. Corporate culture must have universal values, focusing on high quality, customer focus, and innovation. These core concepts are the universal values emphasized by Riyue culture.
We need a clear strategic thinking and strategic confidence, knowing what we are doing. Without a clear strategic thinking, it is like a ship sailing without direction in the ocean.
Eliminate all unsafe factors.
The fourth major challenge is geographical location. We must establish a local gene, and manufacturing, service, and marketing must be localized. We must have independent intellectual property rights. Without independent intellectual property rights, we are only doing OEM work and will never climb to the forefront of the industrial chain.
9. Everything should be done according to the system. We should not favoritism but should employ people based on merit. Everyone is equal before the system. The Communist Party won battles with iron discipline. Riyue must inherit iron discipline, military style, and fighting spirit.
10. We hope that everyone can live a stable and good life, so we work hard. Chen Dang, Chen Hong, and Chen Haiyan often give up their rest time, even cruelly exploiting their bodies, which should be indisputable. Everyone should support their work.
11. You are all the essence of Riyue, having passed more than ten years of severe tests. You should not only be able to do the work of ten people, but also of hundreds, thousands, or even tens of thousands. Do a good job in mentoring and training in all aspects. However, there are also some veteran employees who are just going through the motions. Everyone sees and remembers this. We hope that you will respect, love, and value yourselves... Do not live up to the honorable title of veteran employee.
12. Focusing on problems, effectively handling the establishment and implementation of systems. System development is important, but system implementation is even more important. We must take the lead in learning and abiding by the systems, starting with basic systems and daily regulations. We must handle the relationship between inheritance and innovation, promoting innovation in concepts, ideas, methods, means, grassroots work, and creative work. We must clarify, fulfill, and perform our responsibilities, truly playing the role of veteran employees.
