1. The current international environment and domestic conditions facing economic development have undergone profound and complex changes, and the economic operation is stable with changes and worries within the changes. As long as we maintain strategic determination, adhere to a problem-oriented approach, follow the trend, make overall plans, and implement precise policies, and take practical and effective measures to prevent and resolve major responsibility and quality accidents and prominent problems, we will have the initiative to meet challenges and withstand risks.
2. Work style construction is related to the survival and death of the day and month and the success or failure of the cause. We must continue to maintain a humble, cautious, modest, and unassuming style. We must resolutely rectify unhealthy practices such as bureaucratism, sectarianism, subjectivism, formalism, liberalism, and egoism.
In the 31 years since the establishment of Riyue, our employees, especially R&D personnel, sales personnel, and after-sales service personnel, have done a relatively good job, but there are also many problems that must be resolutely rectified.

2.18. Saying that safety is paramount, but in actions, safety is insignificant, having a fluke mentality that nothing will happen, turning a blind eye to safety hazards, ignoring them;
2.19. Talking about energy conservation and environmental protection every day, but engaging in extravagance and waste everywhere;
2.20. Being self-righteous, playing smart, operating illegally, not asking for instructions beforehand, not reporting afterwards, deceiving superiors and concealing facts...
All of the above must be rectified, addressing the problems and achieving immediate results.
3. Adhere to the spirit of the tortoise, identify the goal, be patient, and focus on the core. Everyone knows the fable of the tortoise and the hare race. Riyue is a big tortoise. For 31 years, it has been climbing, climbing uphill, and continuously struggling. The economic crisis may not pass quickly, and we must focus on a long-term survival method. The tortoise wins, not by speed, but by a firm goal, single-minded focus, resisting the temptations of flowers, scenery, and allure along the way, not speculating, not taking shortcuts, not taking detours, steadily moving forward step by step, with firm perseverance, perseverance, and endurance...
We are a company with limited capabilities, and risks are multifaceted, ranging from strategic risks, market risks, financial risks, and labor cost risks. We must clench our fists to have strength; dispersion is powerless. We must focus on the innovation of our main business, and give full play to our initiative and creativity in our main channel. We cannot blindly innovate and disperse the company's investment and strength. We must focus on a small number of valuable customers and a small number of competitive products to achieve breakthroughs.
The key is to survive!
After the financial crisis, although the world economy has slowly recovered, the overall market is not optimistic. In China in the next few years, it is unrealistic to expect the economy to undergo significant changes. We need a passionate yet calm mental state and tense yet orderly work. Like a tortoise, we must be proper, conscientious, and move forward step by step, making a little progress every day, and eventually we will become winners.
Down-to-earth, persistent, only then can water wear away stones. This is why the tortoise defeated the hare. At this stage, Riyue must move forward step by step, making a little progress every day, competing to see who can survive longer. Only by having a long-lasting foundation can we become the ultimate winner.
4. Establish a feasible talent system, retain talent, not mediocre talent. New employees should be assigned a dedicated mentor. Start at the grassroots level, then rise to become a backbone. At this time, they can choose management or technical experts as their future development direction based on their preferences.
5. Firmly grasp the general direction of Riyue, build a Tang Monk team belonging to Riyue, and incorporate it into Riyue's development strategy. Everyone has read Journey to the West. Tang Monk is the backbone of the team, always grasping the general direction. Without Tang Monk, always firmly believing and pointing the way, Sun Wukong would return to Huaguoshan, Zhu Bajie would return to Gaolingzhuang, Sha Wujing would return to the Flowing Sand River, and Bailongma would return to Yingchoujian. Of course, the success of obtaining scriptures cannot rely solely on Tang Monk's own efforts. It still relies on his disciples, that is, excellent team members. Without the powerful disciples, Tang Monk could not have successfully reached the Western Heaven and obtained the scriptures.
To ensure Riyue's sustainable development and become the ultimate winner, it is important to quickly build an excellent Tang Monk team.
6. Purify the organization and uphold the principle that loyalty is more important than ability. Some people are very capable, but their character is poor, they are disloyal, betray Riyue's interests, and undermine the company's unity. Such people must be dismissed, and if necessary, they should be brought to justice and sent to prison.
7. Only those who obey the rules can be employed. Some people disobey the rules, refuse overtime work, are not proactive at work, and leave quickly after work; such people cannot be employed. Riyue Culture advocates that doing more or less work makes a difference, and doing well or poorly makes a difference. As long as you work diligently and do a little more, Riyue will be your paradise.
8. Find the most suitable talent. What the company needs is not the most powerful person, but the most suitable person. Those who appear to be excellent and powerful on the surface may not understand the company's true needs.
The camp remains, but the soldiers come and go. Finding the most suitable talent is the fundamental guarantee for Riyue to ultimately become a winner. All levels of leadership and all employees must respect, cultivate, and retain talent, maintain determination to do well in Riyue, Riyue has a future! Riyue's goals will surely be achieved!
