1. The New Year 2020 has arrived, and the sun and moon have entered their thirty-second year.
Looking back at 2019, we had serious problems. Two problems reached a record high in the history of the sun and moon. One was that in October 2019, a batch of sun and moon sensors used in a key project were all returned; the other was on December 12, 2019, when a Sinopec authoritative institution certified the quality of sun and moon products. The conclusion was that the production and testing equipment was relatively advanced and comprehensive, but the system management documents, process control documents, and quality management documents were far apart, with 10 items receiving zero points. The experts said that your products are so good, why is the management so bad? There is no management system. What was your management system like five years ago? In this situation today, I hope to see you again in five years. The implication is that if you continue like this, you will collapse in five years. A total of twelve items were assessed, and ten of them received zero points, and the other two received one point each. What a terrible situation!
We must face our problems squarely, not protect shortcomings, use the problems pointed out by experts to accelerate rectification and implementation, address problems, improve ideological understanding, strengthen organizational leadership, fight bravely and tenaciously, and make up for the lessons in management and make up for our shortcomings. Let the experts who come to review in five years not only see that the sun and moon are still alive, but also give a thumbs up to the sun and moon.
Who is responsible for the problem? We must dare to take responsibility, we cannot cover up the truth, and the principle of "three nos" cannot be abandoned. Only in this way can we make progress. We cannot rely on past achievements; we must create new achievements.
2. Low-level errors continue to occur. When shipping, there are missing instructions, certificates of conformity, product standards, and accessories, which lead to subsequent reshipments. Not only do transportation costs increase and users are dissatisfied, but more importantly, it damages the public image of the sun and moon brand.
3. Some employees ignore the rules and regulations of the sun and moon, taking the salary of the sun and moon while working part-time to earn extra income. This is intolerable according to the rules and regulations of the sun and moon. What will be the consequences? Don't think that others don't know, only you are smart. Only if you don't do it, no one will know! If you want people not to know, you must not do it yourself!
4. Thinking all day about how to make money from the sun and moon, but not considering how to make money from the market! The payment for the products shipped cannot be recovered!
5. Each department acts independently, disobeys commands, lacks a global perspective, and prioritizes self-interest when faced with a matter, bargaining over work arrangements...
6. The sun and moon emphasize fairness and justice. If you have any opinions, you can raise them, and accounts should be settled fairly, but you cannot get emotional and affect your work because you are dissatisfied with the work hour assessment. Hard work is the key; without hard work, there is no reason.
7. Forwards, always look forward, with faith, heart, and confidence. For any work we do, being able to do it is ability, but doing it well requires determination. We must not only have the ability of Sun Wukong's seventy-two transformations, but also the confidence, perseverance, and fighting spirit to overcome eighty-one difficulties without retreating.
Determination comes from firm ideals and beliefs, and ability is the foundation of determination. We must face our weaknesses squarely, strengthen learning, diligently practice, make correct judgments about objective laws and the current reality, ensure the correct direction, and persist bit by bit. Diligence will be rewarded, and water can wear away stones. Every failure and success is valuable wealth. Although there are thorns and hardships on the road ahead, the confidence in our hearts will grow stronger, forming the knowledge system and ability framework of the sun and moon.
The key to the success or failure of a career lies in whether we can consistently do every single thing well.
8. Users evaluate the old products of the sun and moon as stable and reliable, but lacking in innovative highlights. This requires us to truly keep up with the times and keep pace with the times.
