2020 Spring Festival Message

This year's Spring Festival is unusual. It coincides with the rapid spread of the novel coronavirus pneumonia originating in Wuhan to the whole country and even the world. The people of the whole country are working together to fight the epidemic. I wish everyone a safe and peaceful day and good preventive control measures.
1. The total sales in 2019 decreased by 26.47% compared with 2018. This year, we must steadily advance step by step towards the grand goal of the sun and the moon.
2. Perseverance is the key to upholding our original aspiration, and ability is the key to fulfilling our mission. The nationwide production shutdown and holiday for more than a month was unforeseen. The Wuhan epidemic is so serious that some enterprises cannot survive, and some units cannot make ends meet. Where is the way forward in 2020? How can we break the deadlock? We must be fully prepared to endure hardship, work together with all our might, and regain the losses caused by the epidemic!
3. The world economy will face a period of sluggish growth in 2020.
4. The wise way to use people is to use their strengths and avoid their weaknesses. Just like a skilled craftsman handling wood, using its strengths and discarding its weaknesses. Which skilled craftsman would discard wood because there are a few feet of unusable wood on the tree? The key is to know how to control and constrain, to act according to the situation, time, and people, which is the way to success. This requires establishing a good system. Without a system, governance cannot produce fundamental and long-term effectiveness. 5-3. Occupational incentive distortion costs. Talents who originally belonged to the technical department also need to transform to management positions or to other unfamiliar industries.
5-4. Cost of avoiding responsibility. Worried about making mistakes, they adopt an overly cautious approach, or even give up eating for fear of choking, thus losing many opportunities for innovation and development and further growth potential.
6. Making decisions and acting without regard to the actual situation and violating the prescribed procedures.
7. Falsifying, concealing, or concealing problems.
