Celebrating the 31st anniversary of the establishment of Riyue and the 70th anniversary of National Day

  Respected leaders and old friends:

  On this joyous day when the whole nation celebrates the 70th anniversary of the founding of the motherland, we are filled with joy as we welcome the 31st anniversary of Riyue Science and Technology Development Group. I sincerely thank all the leaders and colleagues for taking the time to attend the grand celebration of our company's 31st anniversary. I am very happy and honored to be able to gather with you all on such a special and memorable day.

  31 years ago today, Bengbu Riyue Instrument Research Institute was established. When the company was just starting out, the conditions were very difficult. From initially having no production site and renting a site, to the company gradually settling at No. 649, Changzheng Road, and then to the spacious and grand Riyue Science and Technology Park today, this growth has been interspersed with the hard work and sweat of all leaders and colleagues, and it is inseparable from the joint efforts of all employees. We started with three, five, ten, twenty people..., until now one or two hundred people. Although some partners have left along the way, the experience of hard work has made the Riyue people more closely united, and fighting side by side has formed a warm and harmonious family.

  Countless ordinary yet passionate moments are etched in the minds of each of us. In order to complete sales tasks and live up to the trust of our customers, many of our comrades have worked overtime to silently strive for the company's goals, making selfless contributions. Quality first, reputation first, integrity throughout the world, harmonious win-win, these values are subtly ingrained in the blood of every Riyue person. Everyone is interpreting and practicing our core corporate culture and Riyue spirit with their actions. As the company's scale continues to grow, this spirit has been elevated to a banner, uniting every member of Riyue under this banner. This spirit will also become the cornerstone of our future growth.

  I sincerely thank everyone. It is because of your dedication, hard work, and proactive efforts that the company has been able to stand firm in the difficult market environment and achieve today's development! The golden years have witnessed the solid footprints of Riyue people forging ahead and innovating. During the most severe period of the financial crisis, with firm belief and tenacious perseverance, we have moved forward step by step with high-quality products and services. Our middle-level leaders have carried forward the spirit of hard work, practical work, and skillful work, and in their work, they do not take partial or personal interests as their guiding ideology, establishing the principles of prioritizing the overall situation, the long term, and the collective.

  In our work, we dare to innovate and put forward reasonable suggestions, simplifying unnecessary cumbersome management processes, so that management work is truly implemented at the necessary nodes, making work efficient and streamlined. High efficiency itself is an improvement in profit. In our work, we cannot always face the boss and turn our backs on the employees. This will prevent us from truly doing our work well, but instead trying to please the boss. This is not the Riyue culture, nor is it the Riyue spirit. Focusing on the overall situation and the long term, we must eliminate this phenomenon. The excessive pursuit of KPIs caused Sony to lose its passion, challenges, and innovative spirit, causing this innovative pioneer enterprise to become an outdated one. When Li Yanhong, founder of Baidu, deeply reflected on the harm caused by excessive KPIs to Baidu, he summarized it as follows: "Because of the management's and employees' pursuit of short-term KPIs, performance growth has taken precedence over user experience, simple operation has replaced simple reliability, making us drift further and further away from our users, and also further and further away from our entrepreneurial values."

  Malicious competition is the mainstream of competition among domestic enterprises today. To think about a century-old brand, we must think about improving product quality, taking function as the main line, and maximizing user value. Once we enter the vicious cycle of price competition, we will eventually be scarred. In order to gain an advantage in price, we can only cut corners, or even abandon product quality, and in the process of squeezing out competitors, we also label ourselves as manufacturers of substandard products and engage in low-price dumping. When an enterprise itself has not yet developed to a certain extent, learning the essence of management from large enterprises is completely correct. How to understand this essence and combine it with the actual situation of the enterprise is the key. It is not possible to achieve the level of large enterprises by simply copying and pasting. Behind the management of large enterprises is the support of a rich corporate culture. Corporate culture cannot be learned; it needs to be accumulated through a lot of time in battle, not by learning a few famous sayings. Ren Zhengfei mentioned in an internal meeting at Huawei: "Today's corporate management training is trying to create one standard manager after another. This is a problem at Huawei. What is the greatest competitive advantage of an enterprise? It is talent. Excessive training has actually caused us to lose talent. Frontline employees are far more important than managers."

  In the long river of time, 31 years is just a single wave. For Riyue, which is in the process of development, it is like sailing against the current; if we do not advance, we will retreat. From model transformation to the arrival of the 5G era, we will also move from industrial automation to industrial intelligence. Facing challenges and seizing opportunities, the company will keep pace with the times and push our cause to a new peak. We will cherish the solid foundation and development platform we have built, continue to carry forward the fine traditions of hard work and dedication, and wish everyone to achieve even greater success in their future work and create a brighter tomorrow. I also hope that everyone can find their life goals and realize their value in the Riyue family.

  Today is our shared birthday, a grand gathering for all of us. I believe that in the future, more new and old friends will gather together to witness our dream of taking off together!
