In the hot summer of 2006, I joined Riyue and became one of its members. The transformation from student to worker is always a painful process, and I deeply felt it. The strangeness of the new environment, the acceptance of the new culture, the sense of belonging to the company... In those early days, I struggled with my thoughts every day.
Day by day, all the way, I have been moved and grateful.
Most of Riyue's employees are ordinary people who are unknown, without amazing achievements or dazzling halos. Usually, they may not be good at speaking, they don't boast, and they never think they can make outstanding contributions. They work on time, abide by the rules and regulations, work hard, and are very ordinary. But it is from these ordinary employees that I feel a persistent pursuit of dedication. The stability, development, and growth of the company ultimately depend on these people; these ordinary people are the true backbone of the enterprise. When the responsibilities on the shoulders of these ordinary people come together, they form the responsibilities of the entire company, ensuring the smooth and stable development of the company. The moving moments are at the bottom of the company's pyramid, in reality, in labor, in Riyue.
As for gratitude, I am first grateful to the company for giving me the opportunity to work and providing me with a good platform for growth, allowing me to continue, exercise, and grow in my work. I thank my leaders for their trust and cultivation, allowing me to grow from an ordinary employee to a designer. In this process, I have received support from leaders at all levels and help from many people. The hard work and dedication of leaders at all levels have set a good example for me, unconsciously cultivating my sense of responsibility at work.
Everyone in the company is a member of this big family. Although we are a private enterprise, we are all the masters of this big family; the company is our work and our career. Although everyone's position, post, and job are different, and their potential varies, I believe that as long as we contribute our wisdom and strength without reservation, and on the basis of doing our own work well, we try to help others and fulfill our responsibilities to the company. This is the best way to repay our big family.
As far as I am concerned, since I joined the company, I have regarded this big family as the foundation of my survival, as my livelihood. If the big pot has food, my bowl may be full; if the big river has water, the small canal will not dry up; if the company prospers, the employees may benefit. In order to have a lasting and good job, and for a perfect tomorrow, we must strive to contribute every bit of our light and heat. Riyue, which is 31 years old, is also very young. The company has achieved success, but there are still some problems and it faces great challenges. It also needs time and a growth process. Our personal growth and the company's growth are synchronized. We need the company to provide us with a stage for growth, and the company also needs us to contribute our wisdom and work together to make our company a evergreen tree.
