We should cherish this wonderful time
First of all, congratulations to Riyue on its 31st anniversary. I am honored to have worked at Riyue for 14 years, and I would also like to thank Riyue for bringing me so much joy over these years. In these 14 years, I have witnessed the continuous development and growth of Riyue, from a simple production facility in a residential building and rented factory to a magnificent Riyue Science and Technology Industrial Park, with building after building rising from the ground. The equipment has also developed from ordinary lathes to data lathes and machining centers, effectively improving production capacity and product quality. Through the continuous efforts of Riyue people, the diversified products have been widely used in various fields and have received positive feedback from users.

Riyue is 31 years old today, in the prime of life. Although I haven't shared 31 years with Riyue, I have spent 14 years with them, and I am grateful to Riyue. Riyue is like a big family, where we study, live, and progress together.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Riyue for their kindness and trust, and to my leaders for their care. I would also like to thank my colleagues for their help. I have been with Riyue for twelve years. During these years, Riyue has experienced ups and downs, and I have tasted both the hardships and joys of work. At the same time, like everyone else, I treat Riyue as my home and my work as my career. I share weal and woe with Riyue. We should not only share the development achievements of Riyue over the past 31 years, but also see the current difficulties and problems of Riyue. As operators, we should focus on our work, do our own work well, and strive for excellence.

On the 31st anniversary of Riyue, I have also come step by step, and the feelings at each stage are different. My thoughts here are: seminars not only need loyal veterans, but also some newcomers who are willing to make progress. New ideas in a new era cannot be viewed with unchanging concepts. Because things are constantly progressing. All things are divided into stages. Many employees like to say that I want to do my job well, work hard, and absolutely not drag everyone down. In fact, those who have these ideas basically have no motivation to move forward and are even on the verge of being eliminated. Because society is developing too fast now, and skills are developing too fast.

Today marks the 31st anniversary of the establishment of Riyue. I have also grown continuously under Riyue's care. Initially, I started as a wire-cutting operator, and step by step, under Riyue's cultivation, I have advanced to a management position in the second factory. This represents Riyue's trust in me and affirmation of my work. This affirmation has also brought me pressure, and at the same time, allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the hardships encountered in the company's continuous development.
