Today marks the 31st anniversary of Riyue's establishment, a momentous occasion. I've also grown continuously under Riyue's care. Initially, starting as a wire-cutting operator, I've progressed to a management position at the second factory, thanks to Riyue's cultivation. This represents Riyue's trust in me and affirmation of my work. This affirmation brings pressure, but also allows me to better understand the hardships encountered in the company's continuous development.
In the past year, I've deeply realized my shortcomings:
1. I haven't been thorough or detailed enough in considering matters. Although I've worked hard, I still fall short of my leaders' expectations and requirements.
2. I tend to become lax during periods of prolonged, busy work; my sense of urgency needs improvement.
3. My ability to respond to unexpected events needs improvement.
I am determined to improve and address these issues in my future work, enabling me to better perform my duties. I recognize that I am the source of these problems and must take responsibility, be self-reliant, and not shrink from challenges. In my future work, I will strive for greater confidence.
