31st anniversary of Riyue. I've come this far step by step, and my feelings have been different at each stage. My thoughts here are: A symposium needs not only loyal veterans, but also some newcomers who are willing to make progress. New times bring new ideas; we cannot view everything with unchanging concepts, because things are constantly progressing. Everything is divided into stages. Many employees like to say that they want to do their jobs well, work hard, and absolutely not let others down. In fact, those who have these thoughts basically have no motivation to move forward and are on the verge of being eliminated. Because society and skills are developing too fast now. Without learning, innovation, and acceptance of new things, can one really do a good job just by saying they will work hard? In the end, when the company can't pay salaries, everyone can only choose to leave, parting unhappily. Now, unmanned technology, unmanned supermarkets, and unmanned ticketing have replaced most manpower. Does that mean that those who have been eliminated are not working hard enough? Therefore, we need to learn more new skills, accept new things, and constantly learn in order to develop and grow.
