Today marks the 31st anniversary of Riyue's founding. I've been with Riyue for 16 years, working in SMT and wiring. Currently, I mainly focus on wiring. This work demands carefulness and precision; we can't afford to be careless. Riyue's corporate culture has taught me the importance of being down-to-earth and finding my place to enhance my value.
Without making excuses, I focus on my work, leveraging my strengths to overcome weaknesses, and constantly learning and asking questions. We now have new employees in wiring. In their training, I prioritize teaching them basic job requirements and cultivating a positive work attitude. Training isn't just theoretical; practical application is crucial. I correct any operational errors immediately and share my experience generously, helping new employees quickly master procedures, improving their speed and product quality.
Finally, I hope that through our collective efforts, Riyue will become even stronger and more glorious.
