Market competition is increasingly fierce. Pursuing value is the starting point of our work, creating value is the driving force of our lives, and realizing value is our constant pursuit. Entrepreneurial passion, the pursuit of life has no full stop. The old saying goes, 'those who strive will win'. We work together in unity, cooperate and interact, save costs, maximize profits, and provide high-quality service, keeping pace with the times. This is the focus of our work. A win-win situation is the result of our work. Everyone must be loyal to their team, take on heavy responsibilities, develop potential, and work wholeheartedly to brave the storms and overcome difficulties in the face of fierce market competition, ultimately achieving both the company's strategic development goals and their own personal value.

This year's May Day celebration holds special significance, marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, and the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Riyue. Born of adversity

Entering its 31st year, Riyue has gradually matured, forming the prototype of a domestic private enterprise. However, with changes in the domestic economic situation, many private enterprises have subsequently closed down. In this new era, Riyue will inevitably face one of China's most complex new economic situations. Successfully navigating this economic system is a paramount task for private enterprises. Mencius said, "Those who are born in times of adversity will die in times of peace." Internal and external challenges are important to address through resolution, adjustment, and a series of reform measures. The success of these reforms depends on the joint efforts of employees and leaders. The foundation of a factory lies in the hands of its employees, because the workforce represents its most valuable resource.

Need to strengthen the study of ideological and moral education

Our leading cadres, especially some middle-level cadres, need to strengthen the study, cultivation, and assessment of their ideological and moral character! A leading cadre must be able to "lead," "guide," and "work".

Forge ahead

A new year has begun. Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, the years have passed, reaching the thirty-first year. As a member of Riyue, I feel truly proud and honored. I've been with Riyue for almost two years, experiencing a wonderful time and gaining invaluable learning opportunities that have helped me grow and strive forward. Although I didn't witness Riyue's birth, I was fortunate enough to experience its 30th birthday. In the years to come, I will work diligently and strive to contribute my humble efforts to Riyue. I also wish Riyue and all Riyue people a happy new year.

I am incredibly moved by the New Year's Day address from our CEO in 2019. I feel deeply the difficulties overcome and the glorious achievements accomplished over the past thirty years. As a member of the company, I am filled with gratitude. The consistent, high-quality development of our company is a result of everyone's hard work and dedication over these years. As an employee, we should have a strong sense of responsibility. Externally, we should uphold the company's image, strictly protect company secrets, and focus on and serve our users. Internally, we should dare to admit our shortcomings, be pragmatic, avoid empty talk, focus on practical work, and strictly control quality. We must resolutely eliminate formalism and practically do our work well.
